This was one of the BEST days of my life! My BEST friend...seriously! We do everything together...work, live, church, praise team, youth group leaders...EVERYTHING and I still love him! He is TRUELY my best friend....and this picture just makes me soooo happy!

This picture is just hilarious! I was in High School when this picture was taken and we had such a fun time on this trip! This picture just makes me laugh!

I don't watch a whole lot of TV Programs mostly movies. My Sam LOVES movies! We get a new netflix every week. So here goes my favs.

I NEVER watched this until I met Sam. I love it now. I love Olivia! There is a new season coming out. CAN'T WAIT!

We like to watch Justified and Two and A Half Men and Royal Pains as well.

I finished my C25K this week. Next week I am moving on to Week 2 and that means Run
90 seconds walk 60 seconds. I'm a little nervous. Say a prayer I don't die out there...HA! I am going to buy a scale. I don't own a scale and I HATE SCALES! :/ We shall see!

30Day Blog Journal is where I am beginning this evening! I am so excited to start this...my life has been insane in the last 6 months. I am READY to get back on the ban wagon! LET DO THIS!

Just to catch you all up on whats been going on...I have started the Couch 2 5K! Its a program that trains you to run a 5k. Week 1 you start with a 5 min warm up with a brisk walk then you begin your 60 second run then a 90 min walk. As the weeks move on you run longer and longer. Its great! I am only doing this to loose weight and get in shape! AND IT LOVE IT!!!! I have changed my diet some what and I can't wait!!

Its me again! Emily....
We have had some rain and thunder storms here in South Texas and that's pretty major for us.

So Sam and I will be traveling to Houston this weekend for my cousins wedding. And of course I freaked out because I didn't "have anything to wear." We all know that I probably could have found something but what is the fun in that? :) I was on the hunt last night at the mall. I NEVER go to the mall. I started off in Dillards, you would think good ole faithful Dillards would have had something...well ya they didn't. My poor husband I dragged him around the whole entire mall. We then hit about 3 different stores and nothing. Then I went to Macy's and they had all kinds of great stuff and everything was 40- 70% off! I bought a top and dress for $42.00. Dress was $27.00 top was $12.00!Here I am modeling the dress in the Macy's fitting room. Horrible pic! Sorry.

Going to get a pedicure! See you all later!

God is doing great things....

I am sure you are guessing and wondering where I have been in the last 6 months? I was kidnapped. Just kidding. I have been so busy and my life has been outta control. But, I have been SOO blessed.

Back in April we had our Beth Moore, So Long, Insecurity Simulcast and we had a BLAST! It was a great success!! We had over 200 ladies come and be apart. Woman came from all over the coastal bend area....Corpus Christi, Ingleside, Portland, Sinton, Aransas Pass. Woman's lives were changed! The Lord had his hand on EVERY aspect of this event.

The Lord told me that he was going make me into the christian woman he wanted. I learned so much after being in charge of this event. He definitely matured me in a number of ways! AWESOME TIME!

I don't have any picture of this event on my lap top. I will get them soon though and of course share them with you all!

Sam and I have been so blessed! Of course we have had to fight the enemy daily. We are now the Youth Leaders in our church. We have a team called The Unit. They ROCK! Our youth groups name is Power House....House of Praise, House of Prayer, House of Power. We are having our first event Friday night, June 25th called jclub (jesus club). It is just going to be a fun filled night with videos, music, games, food, skits. Would you all be willing to praying for us and this event?Pray that the Lord would use us to change these kids lives! Teach them disciple them......these kids are like the UNTOUCHABLE generation but, with Gods love and power and kindness we can through him touch their lives! These kids NEED Christ in their lives. That is one thing that my husband Sam is wanting to do with these kids is bring the WORD to them. We are going to do things alittle different. We have to meet them on their level. Your prayers would be so awesome!!!

These kids need to know that they can "Come as they are...." let the Lord change them from the inside out with his kindness and love. His kindness with bring them to repentance. Our pastor said this, this morning...."We need to stop looking at people with our eyes and look at people with our hearts." Chew on that.... :)

It has definitely been a roller-coaster these last few months. Life has happened. I am going to try and be better at this than what I have been lately.

Sam and I are going on vacation in August! Colorado here we come!!!! :)

Beth Moore Simulcast and Blueberry pies!

I have been crazy busy with work, church, and Beth Moore!! :)

Beth Moore is coming to Rockport, Texas via satellite! Our church is hosting a simulcast! And I am in charge! That is scary! :) I am so excited about this opportunity though!

I wanted to share with you what I am working on...Tuesday night was our first meeting for the Beth Moore Simulcast. I need lots of prayer. This is my first time leading a meeting. The Lord is going to do a mighty work. I am trusting in him!

Its the weekend! I have the weekend off! Praise the Lord! I get to just hang out at home and relax watch movies all day.

Our friends Marshall and Rachael came to stay with us for the weekend. They are our best friends and live in San Antonio. We always have a blast together.

Double D Ranch

So, I stole a few pictures of my moms little cottage on their ranch. It is a one room cottage. VERY CUTE! My mom is the queen of decorating in my family. She is very talented and she is the one that taught me the lil I know.

Holidays 2009

WOW! What a month December was! Things have been so crazy around my house. Sam and I are finally back to our normal routine. The Lord really had to slap me in the face and show me his ways these last couple of months. OH What a mighty God we serve. His plans for us are greater than we know. The Lord showed me this verse during the Christmas season. I am holding on to it tight!

John 16:33 "I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world." - What a reason to celebrate the Lords Birthday for coming and giving Peace on Earth!

Give Thanks

This year I have decided to take Thanksgiving a little more serious and really reflect on BEING THANKFUL. Have you ever just sat down and thought about all we have here in America. Girls we live a DIVA life! Those of us who have a home, a nice warm bed with nice sheets, and food on the table , and a car we can just jump in and go where ever we need to go, a job , and the list goes on and on! What a MIGHTY God we serve! A God who loves us and provides for us and blesses us when we don't deserve it at all! The salvation in his name! These are just some things that the Holy Spirit spoke to me in these last few days.

He Loves us Oh, How he loves us so.....

So here are things I am THANKFUL for-

My Salvation in the Lord. Thankful he died on that cross for all of us!
My sweet Husband

My family - esp.. having wonderful parents

My church and their liberty in the Lord

My home and everything in it

My car

My little Texas coast town

My cool in laws

My job- I get to help people decorate their homes

My health

But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. 1 Corinthians 15:57

So this weekend we are headed to my parents house then off to the ranch! I am really excited we haven't been able to head up to the ranch in a while. I just love family time at the ranch. Everyone is going to be there too!

♥How long have you been together? Married a year and a half. Been together for two and a half years.

♥ How long did you know each other before you started dating? We didn't waste time. Right away. Maybe a two weeks.

♥ Who asked who out? He asked me out. He lived in another town about 3 hrs north of where I was. He suprised me at church and we went to lunch.

♥ How old are each of you? I'm 23 and he is 27

♥ Did you go to the same school? No.

♥ Are you from the same home town? No, he is from a town that is 3 hrs north of where I grew up.

♥ Who is the smartest? We are about the same. It depends on certain things though.

♥ Who majored in what? I went to school to be a Esthetician (Skin Care Therapist - worked in a Medical Spa) and he didn't finish college. He is thinking about going to Semonary though.

♥ Who is the most sensitive? ME!

♥ Where do you eat out most as a couple? We live in a small town so we have the same places. We try to eat at new places. Our favorite though is Maccoroni Grill.

♥ Where is the furthest you two have traveled together as a couple? Alaska this summer! We went with my parents, it was so fun!

♥ How many children do you want? I would love to have like 4 but, I think we will have 2.

♥ Who does the cooking? Me. Sometimes Sam will cook something but me most of the time.

♥ Who is more social? Sam. I am social, but Sam is REALLY social. He is CRAZY!

♥ How long did it take to get serious? Not long at all a month maybe. We were engaged 8 months later! When we first saw eachother we knew that was it! I DO believe in love at FIRST sight! :)

♥ Who eats more? Sam does. He is a big boy. :) We are working on our eatting habits thats forsure though.

♥ What do you do for a living? Sam and I work together. We work with his family business - A Interior Decorating store, C-Side Decorating, Inc. We aren't together all day long he is normally out measuring and checking on jobs etc. and I work in house. We work with his mom and dad and sister. It is pretty hard at time but some days are so worth it. God has a plan. :) Visit us @ here - C-SIDE. We do everything for your home but furniture. Hardware to Carpet, Wallpaper, Fabric, Window Coverings, Hardwood, Tile, and Granite.

♥ Who does the laundry? I do all the laundry. He will help me if I am overwhelmed though.

Keep Your Eyes On Him

AMEN! Our Gods love is so powerful! We are his PORTION and He is our PRIZE! His love is so great! Bigger than we will EVER know on earth. We have to trust that he will carry us through. This was so powerful for me. I hope this encourages each one of you guys!

1Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us. 2Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Hebrews 12:1-2

We have so many 'witnesses' that have gone on before us. So many men and women of faith (Hebrews 11) that are the examples the Lord has given us to follow. We are to lay aside every weight. Now, what are these weights? They are the things that bring about stress and worries. They are the things Jesus wants to carry for us! We also need to lay aside our sin. Sin is inevitable. Even the lives of the very witnesses spoken of in Hebrews 11 are fraught with sins and the remorse of sin! Even though we cannot be perfect of ourselves, we must lay aside our wants and desires and choose to follow the Lord (Romans 6:15). This is a hard thing to do, but we must run with patience. Jesus has given each of us a race to run. Each of our races are different, this means that we cannot compare our race with others. At times, our race is difficult. We become tired and worn out, but then God reminds us of how much we need Him! We are not running alone! We have the Creator of the world running beside us and He is willing to carry us when we cannot go on! In order to run and run well, we need to fix our eyes on Jesus. There are so many things that can take our gaze off Jesus! People. Circumstances. Difficult struggles. Self-pity. But as Peter learned, it is when you take you eyes off Jesus that you sink! In all that we do, no matter the circumstances, we need to keep our eyes focused on Him for He knows all things (Proverbs 4:25-27)! If we fix our eyes on Jesus, our paths are made straight. Jesus has endured the cross for us! We are the joy set before Him! He went through so much pain and shame, for us! Think about it, Jesus, the SON of GOD came to EARTH as a MAN and was crucified as a CRIMINAL!! What a humbling experience! We often do not recognize how much shame He went through for us! But now! Now He is seated at God's right hand! And He continually intercedes on our behalf!

God Has Something In Store For Us

I've started this study and I am so excited!!!! My church has started up a womens bible study and this is what we are doing! It is so awesome! I started it in the spring but, didn't get to finish it. God has something in store for me with this study!

When we trust our lives to the unseen but ever-present God, He will write our lives into His story and every last one of them will turn to be a great read and grand ending!

God was so good and the fellowship was wonderful!

I am so exhausted! I stayed up late the last two nights cleaning and making Sam's birthday cake. I am so READY for the WEEKEND! I get to sleep in sat. and mon.! YESS!!!!

I have been thinking about a garage sale! I have lots of stuff to sell and get rid of and cleaning out clothes! I might try and work on some of that this weekend.

The Lord is so faithful and is faithful to his word! Sam and I were tested this week/weekend and we kept our eyes and faith on our Father! He is our provider!

Tonight we are having some friends and family over for appetizers and cake and ice cream! YUM!!! I stayed up late making a cake last night. He LOVES Yellow Cake Chocolate Icing! So I found a recipe for a Butter cake! And it looks so good! I will be taking pictures tonight! :)

So, have you ever had one of those days where you woke up thinking "Its going to be a GREAT day" and it turns out NOT being a great day? And maybe it has been quite the opposite? Yeah, I had one of those days last week on Tuesday.

I got pulled over in the parking lot where I work! I wanted to DIE! But, then I was okay with it. Thank goodness that we for one live in a small town and my husband is a social butterfly and makes friends with EVERYONE in town! I got let off by a warning. THANK YOU JESUS! For those of you who dont know, I live in Texas on the coast in a town called Rockport. My husband and I work together, his parents have a buisness and it has become family owned and operated.

I woke up that morning got dressed , and got in my car. I called my mom and talked to my mom for a few mins and I felt GREAT! I got off the phone with my mom and cranked the music up and began praising GOD. I was minding my own business. I turn into the parking lot and look in the rear view mirror and I see those red and blue lights everyone HATES seeing! I pulled into my spot and as the officer gets out here comes my husband at the same time! I thought to myself OHHHH NOOO!!!!! Sam, gave me the "look" and the officer turned and said "Hey Sam!". Sam went back inside and the officer said "the reason I pulled you over was because you were going 42 in a 30." My response was "I am so sorry, I didn't even see you and I wasn't paying attention." The officer said "Yeah, I know you didn't even look at me." HA! So emabarrassing! I kept telling him I am so sorry. He went to his truck and came back and gave me a WARNING! I was so thankful!

Summer Has Come to An End

What a crazy life it has been this summer from summer youth camp, 4th of july here on the beach, and Alaska.

Sam and I just got back from Alaska and had a wonderful time. We went with my mom and dad. They were so sweet to invite us. We were there for two weeks. Did alittle site seeing and fishing. It was awesome. God is so good. We got a cabin and spent a few days up in Talkeetna on the river and just hung out, went shopping , and bbqed. Then we headed back down on the coast and went fishing for 3 days! We caught Halibut and salmon. It was very exciting!

This was an amazing trip and I loved every moment of it. The lord sure did provide for us on this trip too. God is so faithful.

I know I have been really slacking on my blogging. My life has been very busy and I was so exhausted at the same time. But, the good news is I am back.

This week was pretty good. It was a little rough at the begining but, got lots better. I have to work this weekend and I am not real excited about it. Its only for a bit though. My house needs alot of help. I have lots of laundry and cleaning to do.

Heyyy Everyone!!!! OH dear my life is too crazy right now! So I went to church camp and have been so busy since. 4th of July was fabulous! We had some friends over and BBQ! It was a great fellowship!

So this last weekend our dog Hutch died! :( It was a sad day!! Its okay he is in puppy heaven now! ha!

Youth Camp!

HEY guys! I know I have been SO bad about blogging! My life has been crazy! Forgive me please!

So Monday I am headed to Youth Camp with our youth from church! Christ For the Nations - Youth for the Nations. I am really excited! Alittle nervous dont really know what to expect! I am also so excited cause one of my FAVORITE artists is going to be leading Worship the whole week! AHH! Kari Jobe! Check out this video!

Life is good right now! Sam and I are just working and enjoying the summer time! We have been working with the youth too! Its been so much fun! We are leading worship for them on Wednesday nights and Sunday mornings we are teaching the sunday school class.

I am going to be painting my guest and master bathroom cabinets. So pics soon to come!

What a beautiful day it is here! And the weather is AWESOME! We finally got a little rain! Praise God! This weekend was great. We just sat around and we worked for a couple hours on Saturday and I made a Strawberry Shortcake Cake! It is so YUMMY too! I found the recipe over at The Pioneer Woman

My grandparents gave me their piano. This is my favorite thing! I am so thankful! My mom and aunt learned how to play piano on this piano.

Mother's Day weekend

Mother's day weekend was really a blast!

I suprised my mom and came earlier Thursday evening. I wasn't suppose to be there till Friday evening. Sam and I left work on Thursday and ran home packed and headed straight to the ranch! Mom and I got up and had coffee together and talked and just enjoyed eachother. Then we got our work out clothes on and went out for a walk. Mom and I walked up a road that was on a hill and it was soooo hard. But we did it! We finally went into town and went to some antique shops and just hung out and then went on to my brothers ranch and spent the rest of the afternoon with him. The rest of the weekend was full of fun and shopping! We just sat around and talked. I hated to leave when sunday came. :(

Hey guys! Sorry I know I have been really really REALLY bad at blogging. I have been so busy!

So what have I been up to? Well I just had a birthday a few weeks ago and some of my family came down to hang out with me. We went shopping and watched movies and went out on the boat. We really enjoyed eachother! Then it was my father inlaws birthday and we had a dinner party for his birthday! And Sam and I started teaching the youths sunday school class. We are also, leading praise and worship for the youth Wednesday evenings. What a blessing that is too. God is so good! We are having fun! I also have been doing a bootcamp work out and I have been walking on the beach too. I know I know!

Okay and yes out of all these activities I have not taken any PHOTOS with my NEW camera!!!! I know!!!

This weekend is Mother's Day!!! Sam and I are heading to the ranch to spend the weekend with my mom and dad! We are so excited! We haven't been there since Thanksgiving! Yes, I am taking my NEW camera! My dad has lots of deer and different kinds of wildlife! So there will be LOTS of pics! Well I just wanted to let you guys know I am still alive!

Yes, today is my birthday! So far so good! Tonight my husband set up a dinner with family and friends! Mom and my brother and his wife are coming into town to spend the weekend with me! That means shopping and fun in the sun! Woo!

Oh By the way my sister in law is pregnant!! My brother is going to be a daddy! How cute! So exciting! Love you guys we are so excited for you both!

Spring Decor and Projects

New Projects and Anniversaries!

New projects are going on in my house! Its a MESS! Sam had a "mans room" in our house and he decided he wanted to make it into a bedroom. Thank goodness we had a headboard and foot board! We are putting it all together tonight! So, pictures will be up soon enough!

Sam and I have a ONE year anniversary coming up next week! We are so excited. We are going on a little trip. We are going to head up to San Antonio and stay on the Riverwalk and have a relaxing time and just enjoy each other! Praise God!

Easter/Spring Decor

Okay, so I have been running around getting all my Easter/Spring stuff out! Wheww! I am not totally done, I am still trying to look for some Bunnies! I dont have any at all! BOO! Oh well! I have some pictures here to share with you! I hope everyone is having a great week.

This weekend I am going to pick up my new piano. My grandmother gave it to me! I am so excited! My mom and aunt both grew up learning how to play on it.

Hello! I know its been so long! I have been WAY busy. Life is good though!

So, I was going through some pictures from my spa days! I miss those days. I am an Esthetician. (skin care therapist) I use to work in a Medical Spa, doing laser hair removal, facials, wax, botox....etc. It was a BLAST! We had a great team! But, the Lord had bigger and better plans for me, like meeting my husband! He is so adorable, I must say! I now work with his family and their family business. C-side Decorating, Inc. Which is perfect cause I LOVE decorating! It is hard at times but so much fun! Anyway, I found some pictures from when I worked at the Medical Spa.

Two years ago Sam came down to spend Easter with me and my family. We had a tradition in my family, we always dyed easter eggs. So I made Sam dye Easter eggs with me! He was such a trooper! So Sweet!

Thrift Store Fun!

Sam and I went thrifting yesterday! We found some really awesome stuff! I'd never been before, it was so much fun! Then we got busy and my wonderful husband painted a dresserfor me. My grandparents gave me a dresser that was my moms when she was a little girl. It was in GREAT shape just needed to be clean and needed alittle paint! I decided to put this dresser in my guestroom. And I got to use most of my thrift store findings!! WARNING: Lots of pictures!

The turquoise piece, the candle holder, and the little heart piece are all from the thrift store.

This is one of my favorite pieces that I found yesterday. So pretty! I got it for like $5.00!

I found this adorable egg at the thrift store. I actually found another one with blue. Is it too early to put easter stuff up?!

World is spinning fast!

It has been soooo long! My life has been full of all kinds of events! I have been out of town, cooking, cleaning, band practice, wednesday night church, etc.. I am so exhausted and I am so glad the weekend is here! I have to work Saturday 10am - 2pm....then I am going home to relax and do my bible study and just hang out! I think this has been the longest week ever!

The Lord has shown me this scripture Ephesians 6:10-19

"10Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes. 12For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. 13Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. 14Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, 15and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. 16In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. 18And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. I know I am sooooo bad! I haven't blogged in a week! My life is insane right now. I promise I am going to try and be better!

I was tagged a few weeks ago by my sister inlaw Abigail.

I had to do my post at work! And my pictures are taken with my blackberry so they are not the best!

Here goes with Rule No. 1:1) "Post a picture of whatever bag you are carrying as of late. No, you cannot go up to your closet and pull out that cute little purse you used back before you had kids.... Show what you carried today or the last time you left the house."

Then Rule No. 2 is post a picture of the contents inside your bag. The theory here is that you can learn a lot about someone from what is in the bag... oh, and you can steal mommy secrets...

Here is all my stuff all out on my desk....I have my makeup bag- you never know when you are going to need to touch up! My wallet of course, my red Jon Hart check book cover, Jon Hart Agenda book ( LOVE that thing!), my glasses, my little LV bag; it has aspirin girl accesories etc..., and of course bobby pins!

I am not going to tag anyone, I just thought this would be a fun blog. hehe!

Sam and I are going to the San Antonio Rodeo this weekend! We will be going to see Jason Aldean and Jack Ingram too! Get your boots on! I can't forget my camera!

My husband and I just sat down and learned this song and what a blessing! For those of you who dont know I sing and my husband plays guitar and bass. We are both active in our Church band and we lead worship every sunday morning. Anyway, my friend Krystal really loves this song too. She asked if we would learn it and play it for her on Friday. (she and her fam are coming over) So we sat down and played and sang and what a blessing that was to spend time together worshiping the Lord in our own home. PRETTY COOL!

I love my husband so much! He is my rock and my bestfriend. He is probably one of the funniest people I know. He always can make me smile! I don't know where or who I would be without him. I truely believe the Lord has created him JUST for me! I love you Sam!

Everyone loves a beautiful kitchen! I could look at kitchens all day long! I just redid my kitchen but, I am having issues with the pictures so I will try to get those up later. I went to HGTV.com and looked around at some kitchens and found this really cool kitchen. This kitchen was restored after Hurricane Katrina hit. This is also Candice Olson's work. She is so cool!

Missing My Family.....

It is FRIDAY! Woo! I am a little sad though, I am missing my family a bit. We are all spread out through out Texas. I am originally from South South Texas. That is where Mom and Dad live. And my big brother and his wife live in Medina, Texas, the land of the beautiful Hill Country. And of course I miss my sister and her husband and my sweet sweet lil' Everett! They live in Dallas, Texas. Sam and I are in South Texas on the coast. So, we are kinda far from everyone but my mom and dad. They are about 3 hrs away.

I just really miss them all! We don't get to see eachother much. Mom and Dad bought a Ranch in Medina, Texas. A place were we can all just meet in the middle! It is a blessing.

I just wanted to share some pictures and favorite moments we all have had together!

*Also, Ladies be in prayer this weekend. Our Church is having a Women's Retreat starting tonight and through out the weekend. I am apart of the Worship Band. I am going to be leading some music...well we are all going to be leading several songs. Just pray for the Worship and the women that will be there. Pray that the Lord speaks to all of us this weekend. Pray that his Glory will fall and that we will never be the same again. Let this also be a great time of fellowship. So I just discovered One Heart One World! What a great Event! And a fabulous way to meet other and connect with them. What a blessing. This event has all kinds of crafts, handmade jewelery, paintings...etc. And the cool thing is that EVERYONE can be involved! I am so excited to be able to meet new people and have "blog friends"! Prayer Requests

If you haven't yet, pray for baby Harper! She is now 3 days old. Kelly's Korner is where you can get updated on her full story. What an amazing story her and her family now have. God is using them! Kelly did mention that there are so many families and babies that have no one to pray and love on them. She has asked to pray for all the babies in NICU and their families all over the country.

My Sam and I will be going to my hometown to help my family move my grandparents out of their home and into assisted living. This is going to be hard on my Granny and not so much my Papa Ed. He is rather excited! So please be in prayer for peace in their hearts in their new home. Pray that they will feel at home in the new place. And pray for friendships to be developed as well. They are just sweet people and so special. I love them dearly!

Wreath Making!

Thursday night I made a Valentine's Day wreath. It doesn't have any hearts on it or anything. I went to Hobby Lobby and got some red hydrangeas and red peonies and of course some red berries! I got a grapevine wreath as well. It was pretty simple. Anyway, I just wanted to share my wreath with you guys! Happy Valentines Day!

Hey Hey Guys!

My camera isn't charging still, But I got Sam's camera and I went crazy!

I took some pics of things I have been up to and things Sam and I having been doing to our home. Sam inheriated this house from his grandmother after she passed away. The house is an older home so, it needs some updates. We just redid our Kitchen and I have Before and After pictures and I will be putting them up soon. Anyway, so I wanted to share these pics with you all. All of the new decor I just got is from Hobby Lobby, Marshalls, and Target. It has been so much fun!

I am still working on my living room, it still needs some things. My pics aren't the best, sorry some are blurry! Well, I hope you are blessed! Enjoy!

So here is my dining room. I added plates on the wall and added a lamp. These plates I got from Marshalls for $3.99.

Hello out there! I know it has been a couple of days. I just recently got to do some shopping. Woohoo! I have been decorating these couple of days. And I know, I have promised pictures and of course the one time I want to post pics my camera isn't charged and is taking FOREVER to charge. So hopefully just maybe I will have some pictures up and posted tomorrow. So keep your fingers crossed!

Well, everything has been going really well. I am just so ready for Friday!
Saturday night I am having a Birthday dinner party for my mother in law. I am going to take pics of that too!!! Hopefully if my camera is working. Thats really all that is new right now.

Again I am hoping my camera works in the morning! Stand by!!!

Wow, what an afternoon! Work, then 2 showers! It was nice to get to be with girls for the afternoon. When I got home Sam had 2 gifts for me! HE is so sweet and thoughtful. Pictures soon to come. Dont worry girls! We are going to see a movie this evening with some friends from church. We are going to see Bride Wars. Sam and I have been watching the trailers, we think it looks hilarious! It should be a fabulous evening.

So I have kind of been working on my living room alittle. I will have pictures of my house soon too. We just redid our Kitchen. And I can't wait to show it off!! Pictures coming soon!!!! My living room needs something.

OH, I was going through some pictures on my laptop and found some picture from our Wedding oh how time flies! So I am going to post somet pics up. ENJOY! Love and miss you guys!

The Weekend is Here!

Wooo! The weekend is here! This was the first week back after our 2 week hoilday. It actually was a fast and smooth week. We went to the grocery store ( I made Sam go with me) got food to stock up our NEW fridge. And we had band practice last night. Sam and I really tried to just relax after work this week. Sam went and rented movies and I cooked dinner, it was great!

This weekend we have planned out. Tonight we are going to Robstown with some friends and going to a Texas country concert. Love Texas country! Saturday we have to work and Sam is going to go golf. I have some showers to go to with Abigail and Lee. So a very productive Saturday. Then nothing like a Saturday night movie! Sam and I have been watching the trailers for Bride Wars. Looks so hilarious! Can't wait! Sunday, we have church! Woohoo! I love going to church. We are going to do 2 new songs. GREAT songs! That is our weekend. Just easy going. We still have to take down our Christmas lights outside, ugh! Which we will probably do on Sunday.

So, here is the first blog of Emily and Sam. Sam and I got married April 5th, 2008. Life is great. We are living in Rockport, Texas. God is Good! I will write some more later.
