Youth Camp!

HEY guys! I know I have been SO bad about blogging! My life has been crazy! Forgive me please!

So Monday I am headed to Youth Camp with our youth from church! Christ For the Nations - Youth for the Nations. I am really excited! Alittle nervous dont really know what to expect! I am also so excited cause one of my FAVORITE artists is going to be leading Worship the whole week! AHH! Kari Jobe! Check out this video!

Life is good right now! Sam and I are just working and enjoying the summer time! We have been working with the youth too! Its been so much fun! We are leading worship for them on Wednesday nights and Sunday mornings we are teaching the sunday school class.

I am going to be painting my guest and master bathroom cabinets. So pics soon to come!

Summer is here!

Hey guys! Well summer is finally here! And its soooo HOT here! Life has been so crazy for me. Sam and I spent Memorial weekend at the beach and on the boat! We had a blast! And I am so brown, Thank goodness cause I was getting pasty! ha! I just wanted to let you guys know I am still here and I have just been so busy! I will try and blog later this week!

Happy Monday!

What a beautiful day it is here! And the weather is AWESOME! We finally got a little rain! Praise God! This weekend was great. We just sat around and we worked for a couple hours on Saturday and I made a Strawberry Shortcake Cake! It is so YUMMY too! I found the recipe over at The Pioneer Woman
She is so cool! That pretty much wraps up my weekend!

This was my moms dresser when she was little and Sam and I fixed it up!

This is my newest project! I just finished this room. It use to be my husbands room. He let me make it into a guest room. HA! How sweet of him!

My grandparents gave me their piano. This is my favorite thing! I am so thankful! My mom and aunt learned how to play piano on this piano.

Sam and I painted and sanded this bed frame it use to be a cherry color. I LOVE it black!!!

Mother's Day weekend

Mother's day weekend was really a blast!

I suprised my mom and came earlier Thursday evening. I wasn't suppose to be there till Friday evening. Sam and I left work on Thursday and ran home packed and headed straight to the ranch! Mom and I got up and had coffee together and talked and just enjoyed eachother. Then we got our work out clothes on and went out for a walk. Mom and I walked up a road that was on a hill and it was soooo hard. But we did it! We finally went into town and went to some antique shops and just hung out and then went on to my brothers ranch and spent the rest of the afternoon with him. The rest of the weekend was full of fun and shopping! We just sat around and talked. I hated to leave when sunday came. :(

I am so glad today is Thursday! I am so ready for the weekend!!
Tonight I have band practice for church. We are going to be learning a new song that I requested. "You Are Good" -Kari Jobe with Gateway Church. This song is sooo awesome! And Kari Jobe just loves Jesus so much!

Its has been WAY too Long!

Hey guys! Sorry I know I have been really really REALLY bad at blogging. I have been so busy!

So what have I been up to? Well I just had a birthday a few weeks ago and some of my family came down to hang out with me. We went shopping and watched movies and went out on the boat. We really enjoyed eachother! Then it was my father inlaws birthday and we had a dinner party for his birthday! And Sam and I started teaching the youths sunday school class. We are also, leading praise and worship for the youth Wednesday evenings. What a blessing that is too. God is so good! We are having fun! I also have been doing a bootcamp work out and I have been walking on the beach too. I know I know!

Okay and yes out of all these activities I have not taken any PHOTOS with my NEW camera!!!! I know!!!

This weekend is Mother's Day!!! Sam and I are heading to the ranch to spend the weekend with my mom and dad! We are so excited! We haven't been there since Thanksgiving! Yes, I am taking my NEW camera! My dad has lots of deer and different kinds of wildlife! So there will be LOTS of pics! Well I just wanted to let you guys know I am still alive!

Birthdays and Easter

Happy Birthday to me, Happy Birthday to ME!!!!!!

Yes, today is my birthday! So far so good! Tonight my husband set up a dinner with family and friends! Mom and my brother and his wife are coming into town to spend the weekend with me! That means shopping and fun in the sun! Woo!

Oh By the way my sister in law is pregnant!! My brother is going to be a daddy! How cute! So exciting! Love you guys we are so excited for you both!

Okay! So, Sam and I went down to see my parents this last weekend for Easter! And my sis and her family were there too! I got to play with my sweet and cute little nephew Everett! We had a blast! Dyed easter eggs and went on a easter egg hunt! WOO! Okay Here are some easter weekend pictures.
